security 9 trigger

I was going to get a SR9 then I heard about the new security 9 having a better trigger can anyone tell me how the trigger compares to the LC9S, if its like the 9S I want one.

Not like LC9S, is like LCP II. LC9S is striker fired, LCP II is hammer fired. The hammer is nearly fully cocked by the slide. Pulling trigger finishes the hammer cocking (just a light amount) before release.

The SEC9 trigger is GREAT. Right out of the box I shot it better than any of my other semi's. Except for the 1911, of course.

Just got mine today, I REALLY like it.

Smooooth. Especially as compared to my S&W Shield and full size 9 -- day and night. Probably due to hammer versus striker? Not sure, but both Smiths are going on the auction block soon.
