Not sure if should go here or in Ruger smithing......anyway, was wondering if anyone here has installed a "Tactical Ghost Trigger Bar" in their SR45? I was wondering if it is worth it or not.

Thanks,

Bill

Yes. I have installed the transfer bar to reduce the trigger pull. It had limited impact but was able to measure a reduction from approximately 6 to 6.5 down to about 5 1/2 or so at best. Some improvement but not what I hoped for. Was wanting to get to 3 to 4 lbs. hope this is helpful. KY

Yes, very much so. This is the type of info I was looking for. Not wanting to drop trigger pull as much as improving performance. Thanks for the reply.

Glad to help. Just a question when you say improve performance , are you by any chance having lite primer strikes. This is one of the more significant problems I have had and had to contact Ruger for a new spring that did help a bit. KYHUNTER
