Most of the guns I own have videos on complete takedown. I can't find one for the LCP II. I just bought my LCP II and have not even fired it yet. I could not get the hold open function to work at first and had to do some sanding until the slide stop loosened up. I still had problems. So next I had to take the magazine spring and give it a good stretching until it had the power to push the slide stop up on the last round. All this with using dummy rounds. I'd like to get to the Slide Stop and give it a good polishing, but I'm not too sure about removing the Frame Insert. I guess it's the Hammer Catch Spring that I'm not sure about. So, does anyone know of a source of and information or should I just dive in?
