I have an alian gear IWB for my RM380, it is very comfortable, the holster is kydex mounted to leather.

I bought this one for cheap on eBay - like it a lot. Not tuckable, but not sure if that's what you want.

This is where I bought IWB's for both my LC9 and LCP. Decent price, and have been happy with them so far.

Blade Tech is what I was going to suggest. They aren't cheap for what one would perceive as 'plastic' holsters but once you acquire one you discover they are really well designed and made. I've used two different ones twice at a Front Sight 4 day classes... hundreds of draw and fire each day.
