LCP II Chambered?

Neither my Kel Tec P32 or Ruger LCP have the "smiley face" or bullet setback problem. From what I can tell the "sear" in this type of pistol is is what holds the hammer at half cock. Ruger and Kel Tec call it the hammer block. The actual part that cocks and releases the hammer is the rear hook on the trigger bar.

I considered the LCPll for CC but went instead for a S&W Airweight .38 snubby. No failures to feed...5 ready to go...with more power.
