I picked up a P85 MK11 and it has the decocker on it. There was one on GunBroker and it claimed that a P85 MK11 with a decocker was rare. Is there any truth to this?

Any and or all information will be greatly appreciated. The prefix is 304

All P85's have a decocker. Once you decock it then it is on safety.
He is probably saying it is a decocker only with no safety.
I do believe there were less decocker only models made than there were decocker , safety models.

I stand corrected.
The P85 MKII never came with a decocker only.
The P85 did come in a decocking or double action only version at no extra charge.

He might have a P85 that was sent back to the factory for the recall.
As far as I know when they were sent back the safety/decocker was marked MKII.

The decocker is not stamped. It does function and also after decocking it is in safety position and has to be moved to fire.

Forgive my lack of knowledge please, you guys ROCK always helpful.
