What is see here is the trigger getting snagged on a worn or inappropriate holster, and of course trying to dry fire with a loaded chamber. NYPD reports only 13 ND's by 35,000 officers? I call BS on that one. Maybe only 13 that got reported to HQ.

keep your trigger area clear until ready to fire !!!!!! WTF don't people understand ?
Glock's are great guns .
People have lost ALL common sense . Common sense must have flown out the window and when it hit the ground it must have died with no survivors .

Very simply if everything is controlled by one action on the trigger it is NOT a safety. It prevents a discharge if the gun is dropped and that is it.
