I buy everything from SGammo now. Prices might not always be the best but their service and shipping times make up for a few extra bucks.

Those are calibers I've never been able to find a smoking deal on; unless I run across an individual who's hurting for money.

Hey Rev..... I don't know exactly which type of " .223/5.56 bulk ammo" that you are looking for, but I've bought quite a bit of LC and PMC Mil-spec .556 from Target Sports, SGammo, and Mass Ammo. Either of those have been great to deal with and they all ship fast. That said though, I make it a point to never buy anything off of the internet unless I can call the vendor first, talk to a real person, verify that it's in stock, and get an estimated shipping date.

Price though, that's a different thing. Target Sports always ships case lots for free, but sometimes a different place will be a little cheaper even after they add shipping.
