Don't fix it. I would work out a trade on a new Para. But there would have to have difference. I also would show you my invoice from my distributor on them. we bought 8 at the time. 3 left new - in the box. 14 shot SS . Fat grip for those though...match grade barrels and they mean it. .45's ACP ' S

Well I just got a GP100 in .22 cal.
So I'm kinda set for new toys...... for a while.

Don't denigrate a fine handgun. She's been poorly taken care of and doesn't deserve bad remarks. Polish it up a bit and shoot it. The P85s are totally reliable which is more than you can say about many other brands.

That is an awesome looking gun ! I love guns with wear , tear and scratches. It shows character and shows that they work and are tools.
I would keep it as it is !
