customer service number?

The customer service number that I have will not ring through. 1 366 949 5200 did they change their CS number?

Also, what I wanted to call them about is the recoil springs on the LCP. The instructions say that the recoil spring should be flared on one end...mine are not. Anyone else notice this on theirs? 8)
