Has anyone on this site adjusted the sights on their lcp custom model? I had assumed you would use an allen wrench to loosen them then move them to the desired location but the round hole in front of the rear sights doesn't seem to accommodate an allen wrench.

Can the front sights be replaced with a higher or lower sight?

Thanks for your help.

The round hole in front of the rear sight is the firing pin retainer. There is a small allen screw in the middle of the rear sight that you loosen to move the sight.

The front sight is only factory replaceable and there appears no options to the standard height.

There is a diagram of the Custom upgrades on page 30 of the manual - https://ruger-docs.s3.amazonaws.com/_manuals/lcp.pdf

Not an answer to your question but I have to commend you for the correct spelling and usage of "site" and "sight". It's amazing how many people get them wrong. They should be cited for their mistakes. :)
