LC9s slide lock question

I asked this question in the smith section and had no response. Since more people read this area I wanted to repeat it here. Has anyone experienced their LC9s going into slide lock on loaded magazines? I have experienced this several times and have had another shooter experience the same behavior. Both American and Italian magazines have been involved along with 115 gr ball and 147 gr Speer HP ammo.

Yep,Happened today twice in about 100 rds of Tula Brass and Aguila 115gr.I just got the gun today.What is disappointing to me is I cant access the spring that holds the slide lock down.I thoroughly cleaned and lubed the gun.Other than the 2 premature slide locks,no problems. Edit. I was able to remove the frame insert and access the slide stop spring.I removed the spring and slightly bent it so that it will apply more down pressure on the slide stop.It feels better.We'll see.I'm gonna see if I can order another spring from Ruger.
