Hypothetically speaking and for experimental purposes only, what's the general consensus on shooting .45 super out of an unmodified SR45? Infrequent, situational use only. Not hundreds of rounds in one range session. Lets keep it to one magazine or less at a given time. For the numbers folks, say 1100-1200 fps 230 grain bullets. Have at it. ;-)
