Ouch...Bill Ruger probably wouldn't approve would he? On the bright side, he also probably wouldn't have allowed many of the guns that we are seeing Ruger introduce nowadays.

Not by a long shot. I'm about a third of the way through "Ruger and his guns" and it's clear to me he'd be embarrassed to know his company was becoming known for it's warranty service as opposed to rugged dependable products.

As far as new products, who can say. But they wouldn't be shipped missing parts.

LOL ... having owned a 5913 back in the day that's one design I certainly hope Ruger doesn't copy. It was actually a solid reliable pistol...but the SA pull was terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE. I couldn't hit a barn from the inside on second and subsequent shots...
