Sent LCP in for recall

E-mailed Ruger, same day got phone call, next day got e-mail w/shipping label, sent in, recall adjustments as well as mag release would not hold clip in, 3 days in two days back, even got a new extra clip back. Great service, I hope/think I was the norm, not the exception. Good job Ruger!!! No complaints here, Coogs.

I can see why it didnt work. You were using clips in a gun that uses magazines.

Giz, 50,000 comedians out of work and your trying to be one! :shock: :shock: Just a matter of symantics, mag,clip,clip,mag, .....................who cares. Besides, great service, got it back yesterday, and they sent me an extra clip....................................whoops, I mean magazine. Coogs.

Coogs, Thanks I was pretty sure that's the one you were talking about. I just bought a new model in stainless and was having some trouble with the new American made magazine not wanting to catch when inserted. Called Ruger and they are sending me a new mag, good customer service.
