Bought a new LC9 in January. Put around two hundred rounds through it and firing pin broke. Not very impressive. Also quite an effort to get customer service.
Thought Ruger would have been better??
+1 Ruger CS is was excellent when I used them about 8 months ago. I had good luck calling them at CS and they sent a UPS label via e-mail and the gun was returned repaired in a week. Also, the LC9 has very good reputation for being trouble free. You may have just got one with a flaw. Been doing a lot of dry snapping?
