Is the barrel on a 22 45 interchangeble with a Mark lll ??

Do you mean the barrel alone or the entire upper assembly which includes the barrel and receiver?

They're not normally a "drop-in" fit.

It will fit but may require some fitting. Only diff is the 22/45 has slight peening to fit it tightly.

This is only mkiii and 22/45 ... Can't say for mkii.
