I sent my SR9C to Ruger on Monday and had it at the end of the following week after the repairs. I would give them a call.
They have no time line, time all depends on their back log of repairs ahead of you, but this time frame sounds quite excessive, since the average turn around seems to be 2 weeks, as other have already said time to give them a call and see what going on.
