SR9 slide

Sent our daughters SR9 slide to be refinished.

Now, it appears to be MIA from the company that did the work.

While I wrestle with them, does anyone know if Ruger sells just the slide?

I don't think Ruger will sell us the slides only but if you contact Ruger CS with the gun serial number, I think they will tell you to send the frame to them so they can replace the slide and you will need to pay for it.

Btw, I've sent several slides to CCR Refinishing and I was very pleased with their services.

I know some companies won't replace a slide unless you send them the old one- Ruger is full of pretty good people and hopefulyy they don't have that policy (like glock!)

name of bad company please? would hate to get mixed up with them.

The only one actually listed in- either GUN WORLD or GUNS was Glock, but they said 'some companies...'
