Odd combination on Gunbroker auction #194919570

I thought the "warning" came in mid 1977, well after the 1976 200th year guns were finished. Anyone have thoughts?

My first guess would be the barrel was swapped. But, stranger things have happened. :?

Pretty clean looking gun, but I've paid less for GP100s, which I consider a better overall gun. I wouldn't pay more than $325 for that gun.

My first thought was a late shipped frame.
Some one like to get the ser. no. and see when it was made vis when it was shipped? Can't be sent into Ca. so I'm not in the hunt.

I know of a No.1 with both the Warning and the 200th Year marks, so it is possible it came from the factory that way.
