A question...
After the Vaquero was discontinued, three distributor exclusives came out much later and in .44 Mag.
It seems that the ones seen on Gunbroker.com (models 10596, 10597 and 10598) are all marked New Vaquero, which in my mind they shouldn't be because these are on the large size frame.
Were any of the earliest shipped model 10596 marked with only "VAQUERO"
As I remember it, when the 10596 came out (KNVBH-443), those were also the earliest to be seen with laser applied frame marking and serial number. So wonder if they just call them all "NEW VAQUERO" when that happened.

We're probably looking for something produced 2005 or after with a 58- or 59- prefix.
2005 is when the New Vaquero came out.

I thought it specified the change to the pawl. It seems that it was the only feature common to all of them.
