Quick question

Im on the road...no records or books with me. Ive found a 9 inch barreled super single six new model without extra cylinder box etc. Asking price is 375. Can anyone tell me if that is a good buy. I dont see long barrel 22 Ruger SA very often.

I my area that is a good price hard to find any 22 anything Ruger under 400.

Price seems reasonable to me, depending on condition, etc.

Check flat area at front of trigger guard for a "star" or possibly "arrow" mark, denoting a New Model that left the factory as a "single-cylinder" gun!

Star stamped 22's were all New Models in both Blue & Stainless steel.

No star on this long barrel. Hesitating between this revolver an a nickel 29-3 8 3/8 Price differential no a concern. The concern is I need neither one...

Needs and wants are two different things.
