Walkd thru gun show this wkend and this particular shotgun caught my eye. Remington 870 Wingmaster LT Magnum. Early 70's gun. 28" Full choke bbl. blueing 99%. Wood 99%. Kicker on this shotgun was you could tell it was never used and shot very little, but where pump goes forward to lock position there was noticable blueing loss. A conundrum. It was a nice shotgun but like anything thats going to be put up its all about cond. What was this shotgun worth?? Thanks

Presume 12 gauge. Barrels are interchangeable with LTWT barrels of any year. The wear on the action bars is normal and unavoidable.
Too bad you passed. I'd have smiled all the way home for $250 or less. Wingmaster fans always look for 70's wood furniture in perfect condition.

20ga. LT and LW bbls won't interchange in 1100's, don't know on 870's. This one was $495. Would have bought 1000 for $250ea. Gun did sell tho so someone thot it was worth it
