Directly from a top Ruger executive.
In 2014, they were given a ham or turkey. (I can't recall which one he told me., but I think it was a ham.) No "hard collectable" item was given.

Hank,
Not meaning to Hi-Jack your thread, but maybe we can complete this list and get it current for everyone.

I believe I accidentally repeated the 1996 x-mas gift on the 1997 entry.

X-mas gifts since 1997...
1997 Barlow Pocket Knife, 2,050 estimated made (1978 employees at the end of 1997)
1998 Bore-lite/flashlight set, 2,200 (2130)
1999 50th Anniversary Medal, 2,050 (1952)
50 Year Firearm
2000 Red/White Umbrella, 1,900 (1814)
2001 Gray Fleece Blanket, 1,650 (1547)
2002 Fleece Scarf, 1,500 (1418)
2003 Red Fleece Blanket, 50" x 60" with 4" gold Ruger eagle logo, 1,300 (1251)
2004 Case "Peanut" knife (1291)
2005 "A Father's Advice" Lucite paperweight (1250).
2006 Double deck of cards with crossed revolvers, yellow deck and red deck (1108).
After 2006 I believe Ruger had a respite with employee gifts, due to the new management, or they gave out something edible. Actually not sure they received anything at all.

10-year club gifts since 1997...
1998 Mini-stein, 725
1999 50th Anniversary Plate, 725
2000 Clear Mug, 850
2001 Clear Mug, 850
2002 Clear Mug, 850
2003 Clear Mug,
2004 Clear Mug, 900
2005 Clear Mug, 900
2006 Wooden Desk set with pen and clock
Again, I haven't heard if Ruger has done any 10-year club gifts after 2006. edible???

How can there be all that 10/22 stuff from 1962 when that 22 rifle was not introduced till some years later ?

Yes..I agree...the clear plastic 10/22 magazine needs moved to 1964 and the Red, white and blue 10/22 magazines need moved to about 1976.

Gee how about a picture of that ham, and a serial number would be nice. :)

It's s/n 357, that is why the price is so high. I also have two consecutive numbered Ruger turkeys. :D

All joking aside. You guys who collect all this Ruger related stuff have my respect, you must be real diehard Ruger addicts. I honestly can't see spending any significant amount of my money on anything Ruger related that doesn't go Bang!

But I enjoy reading about and seeing pictures of all of your collections, pretty neat stuff. You guys are part of what makes this a great forum.

Clearly not all items were unique to Ruger. There are so many items that were given away/offered to so many companies since the 1990's. They all were offerred by the same "logowear" marketing company, I forget the name but have some '90s catalogs somewhere in storage.

My company was in Aerospace and aerospace/DoD products as were many suppliers shared with special processing and anodized processing including Ruger, S&W, Hoyt, PSE, Burris, Leupold, Beretta USA, etc. and every company bought the same items with their unique logo applied. In 1990 the unbrella - 1995-96 the crystal candy dishes, on and on. I have a few of some with different logos. Kinda cool to have "sets" of collectibles like that from different companies.

Strange the 50-year baseball bats, enamel wall signs, and Ertl metal trucks do not show up on any gift lists? I love the Peterbilt semi and the 1950s cab-over trucks!
