As most of you know I am an absolute wheelgun fanatic and also collect Czech made firearms.

I recently found the Czechpoint.com site and they are now allowing us to order the Czech produced "Alfa Proj" revolvers. They make them in .22 LR and WMR,.38, .357 and .32 S&W long. All but the .357 have alloy frames, so I would only be interested in the .357's. I have no love for alloy frame revolvers. I tried an Armscor and it was a piece of crap...............

Prices are about on par with a new GP100, about $540 but I'm just wondering if anyone has tried these yet.

I do think they are made of steel it is just an alloy like all steel is, if they made a 357 in aluminum it would likely be alot lighter then 1300 grams or close to 3lbs.
You can check out their offical site at www.alfa-proj.cz/en/products/firearms/.
The quality is most likely quite good the Czech's are very good at engineering firearms that work well and don't cost much like the CZ 75.
