Need Xpert help with some Proof Marks

Just found this BKH34 serial 18550 shipped in Nov of 1958 that has several proof marks....what and where did they come from ???? Thanks RR

My best guess is German.

Hey you know as much as I do about it.....I just traded a guy for it because I thought it was interesting....he had just bought it at a show a couple of weeks prior to our deal so he didn't have a lot to add.....RR
