Yet another S&W managed to follow me home

Had the day off and went to the local gun shop this morning to get some primers.
There was a very lonely looking little Smith model 19-6 sitting on the counter.
Some lout who didn`t appreciate it had just traded it off.

I`ve always had a soft spot for stray cats and stray guns, so I gave it a new home.

Not a great deal, but fair.
Has some holster wear, mostly at the muzzle. Doesn`t look like it has been shot all that much.

Nothing like giving a stray a good home in the spirit of the season.

A lot of DA's out there for more money and not near the gun you got---smart buy JMHO
