Non-Ruger question

I found a Colt Frontier Scout 22 in a local shop yesterday. It had an alloy frame and was in average condition. There was a decent amount of bluing gone off the barrel, but it locked up tight and the bore was in good shape. They were asking $299. What's the going price for these?

in 95 to 98 % they go for about $475 to 600 with box in my area. I would say 299 is a good price for a shooter
