Does anyone have the SW book and can look up a serial number for me?

Yesterday an old fella gave me this 38 (he didnt want it in the house). The number is 1K307xx

Nice revolver. Congratulations on coming across a 'sheeple.' Always amazes me when someone 'wants a gun out of the house.' They are the first to lay down and roll over for the home invading thug and then whine about being a victim.

Thanks 37..that helps a lot.

The old guy is a great 'ol fart. Still pilots almost everyday at 83..(he flies when I won't)..told him I'd take good care of it.

You should go give the old fella 3 Ben Franklins for that 14-3 and insist that he take it. You would still be getting a great deal.
