Ruger Single Six .22LR and .22Mag - How rare 4 5/8" ba

I have a 3 screw as new condition Single Six in 4 5/8" barrel length with the box ...but missing the factory grips ..Guy put some faux ivory grip s(EAGLE GRIPS) on the gun ..cannot find the grips ?? Oh Well ....
What do I have here in fair market value for sale to a collector ..I am not !

You'll need to discern which grip frame your Single-Six is wearing. XR-3 vs. XR3-RED. The grip frames are marked, under the grips of course.
