Sig Sauer P245 ???

I have one offered to me for $650 ANIB with extra mags. I can't find much about them except they were only produced for a few years in the late '80's. Any Sig collector's among us? Is this a rare piece? Can anyone one give me additional info on the p245?

Had one once, don't think they are rare although they are no longer produced. Rock solid, just like all Sigs but was a little on the heavy side for CCW in my opinion. The grip was just a little too short for me. There is an extended magazine if you can find one.

I would not pay the price that you are being asked unless there are a bunch of extra mags - they are pricey.

Be sure of the grip if/before you buy.
