I was doing some "shopping" while on vacation and came across this little item. First time I can recall seeing one in a retail shop and it was priced right, so I had it shipped home. It's in pretty nice shape with just a little blue wear and the walnut grips came with it and are in great condition. It's a 20 prefix s/n, shipped in 1970. I had a little help from Jussbad (Thanks!!) matching up a box with it - makes a nice package IMHO.

You did great, looks to be in super condition, and those short barreled .22's are really neat little guns; nice overall package with the box and all. One of those was my first collectable Ruger, which I found at a Cowboy Action Shoot about 8-9 years ago. Mine's a prefix one also and I'm always looking for a XR-3 convertible to go with my 9 1/2 inch'er, but so far no luck.
