A true Frankenstien 1911 in 10mm. Para wide body frame with a Colt .38 Super slide modified to hold a 10mm barrel. Whoever did the work knew there stuff. Works well and is a tack driver.

I`ve never been shy about buying good quality guns. I consider it part of my retirement plan. When I get too old to fool with them I can start converting them to retirement cash.
But 5 years ago I bought a place out in the country and have had to slow way down on gun purchases. Just don`t have as much spare cash as I used to. Trying to get out of debt.

Nice Delta Elite....I have always wanted to pick one up. Sadly, I can never seem to come across them when I got "gun $" to spend. Sure enough....several times within days of past firearm purchases I happen upon them :x

One day the timing will be right!

I think Colt is supposed to be starting production of the Delta back up again. But so far I have not seen one of the new ones yet.
