Saw that on eBay and thought it was just the picture/flash that made it look differnet. I missed!

Interesting item there. Might be a vendor sample?

Chad, That is what I am thinking that it could be a vendor sample. The seller was from Connecticut right in the heart of Ruger country.

:shock: Rick, what is the center section made out of? It looks like wood overlaid with a brass cut-out. There is no R trademark and the Eagle's lower beak is goofy...could have been a trial that didn't get picked up by the Company alright! RB
