This .357 BKH34 from 1961has a great serial # 35734. I guess that will be a good one for the Bob Campbell list....I would be surprised if this one ever had more than a few rounds through it. No wear marks but for a tiny turn line if you squint just right. Also this is an 8 twist gun.

Where do you guys find such gems? Any old model I run across looks like it has been at the bottom of an outhouse for a few years.

Ironically I had just been complaining about the same thing a few months ago. I thought all the good ones were hiding stateside but I guess there were a few that escaped to the great White North. Only problem here is that you seldom see them come with the box. Maybe with our cold Canadian nights we needed them for ....Oh! I can't even say it

Mike, that one appears on Bob's List . . . right between 35623 and 35763.

Guns in that immediate range shipped in very early 1961.

Yours is indeed very shiny.

Thanks for sharing.

It must have been reported by the previous owner, a member here.

Could have been, Mike. It was already on The List when I started helping Bob with it. We don't keep names, so there's no way of knowing who reported it, or when.

And yes, that's an amazing serial number.

I can only think of aces and eights - Wild Bill Hickok's "Dead man's hand"...:)
