Anyone know what a SBH would set you back in the mid 60's? I recently picked one up w/box and the price tag shows $67.77 marked down from $80.50. I remember my dad bought me a new Rem 870 Wingmaster about that same time for, I think, $99.00.

From 1963 to 1968 the retail list price was $116.00. 1969 to 1972 the price jumped to $125.00.

Yes and it's hard to believe that the price stayed the same for 5 years. These days the only thing that stays the same or goes down for 5 years are wages.
