New M77 modification spotted

Just finished a detailed cleaning of my HM77RS in .308 (sn 711-20187) and spotted something different. There is a new inspection hole on the right side of the receiver. When the receiver is completely assembled, the sear-to-trigger interface is visable.

This is my first Hawkeye rifle, so I don't know when they started implementing this inspection hole. It doesn't appear on any of my MkII rifles. Don't know if this is something noteworthy enough for RENE, but thought it was worth passing along.
