How common are these? My dad only had one and I just picked up another just gonna flip it but you don't see them too often

In 1979 they were common as that was the only decal given out that year, but you don't see them often today.

Just like the one on the left Dennis. I believe you picked up one or two from me. I have a few others left I believe. Kind of rare and you don't see them too often for sale. GW
