Sheep's horn grips made by Patrick Grashorn, Greeley, CO on RCA-00025, accompanied by a knife with a handle made from sheep's horn by Rick Dunkerley, Seeley Lake, MT in the mid-90s.

The grips are somewhere between stag and ivory, kind of neat :) .

I have an old ugly 41 mag that wears Dall sheep horn grips by Roy Fishpaw. They seem to have the unique ability to change shades and colors as you move them in the light. Faint pink streaks turn to red, white turns to cream and all sorts of changes.

Beautiful combination! Sheep horn is a special material and that 10 inch RCA FT is a special Ruger! This is going to encourage me to put the Sambar stag I traded for on my 7.5 inch mistake Bisley FT... This is a bad bad affliction.... :D
