Getting so that the empty boxes are creating a space issue in the gun room. Thinking a good plastic tote and some of those moisture packages would be ok down cellar. So long as that tote os shut and kept closed there shouldn't be issues should there?

as long as the cellar is "dry"...bottom line is you need to avoid "extremes" for storing ANY paper products (cardboard), i.e. attics and basements are usually a no-no........they attract moisture and odors like a magnet.
