Short Barrel Double Action Liberty Revolver?

My dad recently picked up a blued 200th year .357 Speed Six with a 2 3/4" barrel.

He thought they might have been a little hard to find with the short barrel.

Any thoughts?

The short barrel, 357mag is the most common Speed Six. It was a standard cataloged model. .38spl and/or 4" barrel are less common.
Even so, one just doesn't see them all that often in 200th year guns.

Non-cataloged models such as the short barrel, stainless Police Service Six are the most rare in the 200th year guns.

The short barrel is the most common in the Speed Six as the round butt fixed sight gun was marketed for concealability. The 4" Speed Six is scarcer. Then it is the other way around with the Service Six.
