Help me out here. Traded for a KBN-455X on the way home yesterday... My current RENE is here at home but my reference guides are at work... What are the differences in a KBN-45X and KBN-455X.

I am no expert but let me guess...

KBN-45X - 7.5-inch barrel, Stainless 45 Blackhawk Convertible
KBN-455X - 5.5-inch barrel, Stainless 45 Blackhawk Convertible

Am I right :D

I would love to have a 5.5-inch stainless convertible 45 Blackhawk if that is what it is.

1/4bore's correct. Shouldn't it be a "N" rather than a "M" though. Just having that thought but it is pre-coffee.

Ooops! Fat fingered it! Guess I should have offered that the KBN-455X in hand is a 5.5-inch barrel stainless 45 Colt/45 ACP Blackhawk Convertible. RENE says that there were only 77 made...

Axe,

Great trade. That 5.5" stainless convertible NM 45 is VERY, VERY scarce.

The 7.5" stainless convertible is also rare but not nearly as rare as the 5.5".

Let me know if you ever decide to part with it, please.
