Louisiana Bicentennial 10/22

So in 2012, Ruger did a Bicentennial 10/22RB for the state of Louisiana for Lipsey's. Only 200!
This was Ruger model 1299.
Has anybody ever seen one???

Wow...never even heard about this one. I wonder what it looks like, just a roll mark? Birch stock model, was the catalog number something other than 10/22RB?

My google search found a standard 10/22-RB with I believe what is a large Louisiana State seal lasered on the right side of the buttstock.
I believe the catalog number is 10/22RB-LA
