yessir, easy enough to do with 3 M Scotch brite pads, and bet you can find the "how to" on You Tube or some such place,,,,,it is time consuming and just gotta go with the direction of what the "normal" satin finish guns are done...way too much to type out, but you start wiping away with the pads and things will get "satin" , just gotta get the feel or "see" which way ( direction ) the polishing is done........you can get the pads at any auto repair supply shop, come in a variety of colors ( grits) I use them all, prefer "used" ones and get the "feeL for how hard to press down, but then I been doing this since the 1960s used to work at and then own a firearms refinishing business, been retired since 2002......... you can also get the 3 M Scotch brite wheels for a buffing wheel set up but they aint cheap like $75 each, BUT stay away for any and ALL power equipment unless you know "how"..... 8)
companies like S&W used to charge like $75 to repolish their satin stainless guns, BUT you gotta pay shipping back and forth, etc...can and will get VERY costly
