Ruger 10/22

10/22 serial No. 287-12975 I cannot remove the breach block to clean it.
All pins removed, etc. of all the 10/22s I have worked on and cleaned
I have never had this problem.
Any special procedure required? Thanks.
Must come out some way otherwise how was it installed.

Have you figured it out yet ? It went in there, it will come out.
You have the bolt stop pin out ,don't you ?

Got it. There was a burr on the extractor cutout on the bolt that prevented it from
moving up and out. Oil stone solved the problem, had to use some force to lift
the bolt out. Works as designed now.
