I have a Ruger Blackhawk .357,1966 dated with a 4 5/8 inch barrel that is a great shooter.I do not like the very small button on the ejector rod and was wondering if there is an inexpensive way to remedy this?

Thank you! I am aware of the aftermarket ones,I was just hoping there would be something a little less expensive and easy to get somewhere else.I guess I will just use what I have for the time being.

Look for used ones on the auction sites. This ones a virginian dragoon, but just about anything can be modded to work. Think the last dragoon one I got was $7.

Little tough to find the dragoons, but any of the colt replicas will work as well. Ruger has the ejector rods of the new vaqueros as well if they float your boat. $15 iirc.

Is that $15 from Ruger and is the part available from them? That may be a little smaller than I was looking for but it may just work!
