I picked up a used mold yesterday and it doesn't show up on their site. It's a 454424. I think it has been discontuined. My search shows a 250gr. Keith. Is this right, and what is it worth with handles? It is a 2 cav. mold. Thanks in advance. I know if anybody knows about a .45 Keith mold it would be you guys.

They have changed the designation to 452424. Try looking that up. You got yourself a good mould.

I bought a Lyman 2 cavity in excellent shape for $50.00 recently with handles. It was the old 454190 45 colt mold. I cast about 5000 bullets with it a few weeks ago.

Thats a dandy mould, I've had one for many years, the early 454424 were usually just a mite bigger as cast than the later #452424 but pretty much the exact same bullet. With handles $50 is a good price.
Check the alignment pins to make sure they aren't peened & the cavities aren't pitted, etc.
In a Ruger you can try 9 grs of Unique for a nice but powerful load or you can bump up to 18.5 grs of 2400 for a little more zip, it will easily handle deer with power to spare, I've done it many times.
