Guys how does this sound 3.8 grains bull eye powder with .356 dia: 147 gr. extreme R.N. at 1.145 C.A.O.L.
My load data books go back to the late 60's and early 70's so looking at the internet I think this is a safe load to start???
I also have some 130 Gr. RNFP I thought to be safe drop that to 3.7 grains of Bull eye

I have other powder but ?

All three of your powders that you list have gone through at least one formulation change or a few more since your books were published. Alliant's site doesn't show Bullseye as a powder for any 147gr bullet. A lot of fast powders like Bullseye are no longer listed for 147gr bullets in 9mm as I think they fear the possibilty of pressure spikes with that mix. I recommend an update of your books or use the powder load recommendations from the powder maker.

Not familiar with the 9mm but when dropping the bullet weight the powder charge is generally increased.
Online data is usually the most up to date. I just did a quick look and it would seem that Win 231/HP-38 (same powder) would work with those bullet weights.
