Three years ago the LGS belonging to the Sons of a friend closed it's doors. I'm not saying I was keeping them in business but I was taking advantage of their 4473 transfer services regularly. When the business closed, it left a gap in the area as far as transfer was concerned.
Today I stopped in a place that I hadn't visited for a while and was talking to the owner. He showed me a PSA lower and commented that it was a transfer and not for sale. Further conversation ensued and he gave me his business card and commented that all I needed to do was order from PSA and his business was listed as a transfer agent.
Darn It. Now I already have another PA10 complete lower on order.

LOL good deal , the FFL I use is 30 miles away and there are several FFL closer that do transfers but he is by far cheaper , charging only $10 per gun, I can drive farther and still save money

Yeah, "my guy" initially charged for transfers, but after I did a few with him he quit charging me.

"my guy" always charged but it was the same charge for 1 or 4 guns on the same 4473.
