If you are interested in much of what ACTUALLY occurred on 9/11, a great read is called "Fall and Rise - the story of 9/11". Written by Mitchell Zuckoff. Many personal stories as well as information that was never told the general public. While reading I found out how an acquaintance, CWO William Ruth, actually died in the Pentagon attack.

My daughter just did the tour of the museum. She found it very sobering. She was very young at the time and didn’t remember the event. I’ll look for the book.

When I was listening to the names of the dead being read I was stunned to hear the name of a man I served with. At first I didn’t know for sure it was him. But sadly it was.

Rest in peace, Doc. You are missed. We still have a long way to go to avenge you and the others.
